Heater Mixers

In our Heater Mixers, the heat generated by friction is utilized to mix materials. The mixing tool mixes rapidly and uniformly to yield a homogeneous compounded product. These high-speed mixers are perfect for solid, liquid, and pasty components.

Cooler Mixers
Placed in line with the Heater Mixer, the Cooler Mixer cools down the hot mix to a minimum temperature for safe storage. A cooling ring and large heat exchange surface ensure efficiency, while the accessible lid simplifies cleaning.
