Vacuum & Spray Cooling Tanks

Positioned after the extruder, our vacuum sizing and spray cooling tanks are essential for achieving precise pipe dimensions and optimal surface quality. The controlled environment increases process accuracy and production capabilities for pipe diameters from 16mm to 630mm.

Cutting Solutions

The ECM is an automatic cutting machine for plastic pipes from 16 to 630 mm. The advanced technology ensures uniform, dust-free cutting and is relatively insensitive to pipe shape irregularities. Tool movement and carriage are controlled by a servo drive for maximum precision.

Tilting Unit

The final step in the production line, our pneumatic tilting units ensure gentle handling and stacking of finished pipes, ready for dispatch. Dual limit switches coordinate with the cutter for seamless, automated operation.
